“Partnership” has many connotations but for Group Dynamics we are clearly the Company that defines this as partnering with their staff, clients and each other.
A little background into how we came to be in 1981. Merle Holman and Judith Lame were co-workers at National Analysts in the Department of Qualitative Research. When the opportunity presented itself they chose an area just West of Philadelphia (Bala Cynwyd) to open the first focus group facility in that community. With excellent input from moderators who had traveled the world and came armed with what NOT TO DO they built the much talked about then, as now, facility. The goal was to fill clients' needs and comforts as well as excelling in respondent recruiting.
As the facility and staff grew so did its reputation in the industry for professionalism, awareness of the marketplace, new technologies (the first facility in the area to offer Videoconferencing as a founder of GroupNet) and on-site catering.
The partnership continued when Robin Kaplan, Merle's Daughter, changed career paths as a social worker to join in the growth and development of the company from its inception. Robin's experience as manager for all medical and healthcare projects is responsible for our top rated client satisfaction in that segment of our industry.
