Kathy has been an active part of the Group Dynamics team for 23 years. Her work experience began in 1986 as an evening hostess while attending La Salle University. Upon graduation Kathy was offered a full time position as office manager. She held that position for two years and learned the many facets of the qualitative research world. In 1989 she accepted the position of project director, specializing in consumer, B to B and professional studies. Kathy has successfully managed hundreds of projects and forged strong relationships with numerous clients across the country.

Now, as Senior Project Director, her role has expanded to team leader in the field department and Field Management of National Studies while continuing to provide clients with quality recruiting and top-of-the-line service. Stressful day? Need a smile? Go see Kathy.

Tracy began her career at Group Dynamics in 1989 as a Qualitative Assistant…..she has held various positions in the Company since then.  Currently she is a Project Director specializing in  recruiting and managing large groups (mock juries, music testing, taste tests) both on and off our premises.

As Facility Manager Tracy is responsible for technology coordination including Videoconferencing / Video streaming and all audio visual needs and equipment. She has built a network of National Facility technicians, through GroupNet, enabling her to resolve any A/V problems that arise.

She oversees the day to day operation of the facility as well as staff scheduling and training of the qualitative assistants.  She never says “no”, just “I’ll see what I can do”…and she does it every time!!!!

Margaret has been a team player at Group Dynamics since 1991 when she graduated with a BS in Food Marketing from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. During that time she has served in multiple capacities; receptionist, hostess, recruiter training and, for the past 10 years, as a Project Director.

Through her professionalism, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines she has excelled in all aspects. Attending MRA conferences both locally and nationally, Margaret continues to grow and learn as the world of Market Research evolves around us. She is our “go to” person for consumer and professional focus groups.

Being a native Californian Margaret is a huge 49ers fan who enjoys a good book and bargain shopping as well as adding to her Wall of Fame through periodic encounters with a “famous” person.
